Hatchery with Eggs
The Hatchery is where players can raise monster eggs into Pets. The active Pet grants passive bonuses to various stats and other potential traits. The Hatchery is unique, Timeline/Dimensionless building. Its level and contents do not change after any Time-warp or Dimension changes. More nest slots are unlocked by spending the list amount of Time Mana.

Starting from v0.11.66 patch, players now have an option to expand the hatchery slots by paying 500 gems in the Gem Shop. Unlocking these slots still requires Time Mana, however, at the maximum of 10 additional slots. Players are also required to unlock all main hatchery slots before gaining access to purchase the expanded one.

General Mechanics[]
- Place an egg into an empty nest to begin incubation. Once the egg's timer has expired, the egg will hatch into a monster, which can then be activated in order to gain its benefit.
- If players have 2 monster pets, of opposite genders, they can choose to breed the pets. Doing so will sacrifice the parents, but will grant an egg with potentially greater Traits and Aptitude.
- Monster Level Up by staying in their Nest, while being inactive. In other words - the Active monster will NOT gain levels over time.
- Training, Incubation, and Nest Egg traits are always active while in the Hatchery without activating them.
- Monster eggs are very rare drops, and are only possible after defeating an adequate number of the associated monster type.
- Multiple pets with "Active while in Hatchery" traits stack.
Hatchery Interface[]

- Activate: Activating the selected pet, applying its trait effects.
- Deactivate: Deactivating the selected pet, allowing it to level up.
- View: Viewing the detailed information of the selected pet.
- Breed: Attempting to breed the selected pet with another pet.
- Feed: Feeding consumes eggs to increase the Aptitude of the selected pet. Aptitude is increased by 25% of the egg's Aptitude. Feeding does not change the target pet's current parameter (Level and Trait Ranks). Aptitude can be increased at the maximum of 100k.
- Move: Moving the selected pet to a different placement slot.
- Release: Removing the pet from Hatchery permanently.
Pet's Information[]
A pet's detailed information
- Traits: The pet's current effects. A pet can have up to three traits. Each trait's power depends on two main factors, Rank and Aptitude.
- Rank: A power multiplier. Contributes toward trait potency. Rank can be raised by breeding two pets that posses the same Trait at the same Rank. Rank is a linear factor (Rank II is twice stronger than Rank I, and so on), and caps at Rank X.
- Aptitude: A power multiplier. Contributes toward trait potency. Aptitude can be raised by breeding and feeding. Aptitude is also a linear factor (200 Aptitude is twice stronger than 100 Aptitude, and so on), and caps at 100k Aptitude value.
- Level: Determines the current pet's growth. Level can only be raised by letting the pets rest in the Hatchery. Level's growth is not linear, as the power increase will diminish each Level.
- Generation: Counts how many time the selected pet is bred.
Pet Breeding[]

Breeding two pets of different genders is a mean to create a more powerful offspring. Players can either increase the trait's Rank (by breeding two pets of the same trait at the same Rank), or transfer traits (combining two different traits from the parents). Depending on the parents, there may be different possibilities of the traits possessed by the offspring.
Starting from v0.11.91 patch, pet breeding will now show the resulting pet's traits. The new pet can be re-rolled at the cost of some gems, assuming that different results are possible.
Mammalia Facet Perk[]
Mammalia is a Hero Facet perk that can be unlocked after clearing a specific hero facet group. After this perk is unlocked, top row nests in the Hatchery will always hatch male pets while the Bottom row nests will always hatch female pets. Moving an egg to a different gender slot during the incubation time changes its gender, but moving an already hatched pet does not.
Egg List[]
A monster can drop an egg after defeating it at least 500 times (Special Drop Unlocked). Players can check the monster's unlocked Mastery Bonus in the Collection menu. While initially the monster eggs appear in the menu as their "egg skin" names, monster names will eventually appear in the egg's item title. Players must find the total of 1000 eggs in order to unlock this feature.

Universe Egg List[]
These monsters can only be encountered in the new areas of each Universe. Eggs dropped by those enemies generally have a longer default incubation time.
